Coconuts are naturally sterile so once opened you should drink the water within 24hrs, 48 if kept air tight. The flesh should be consumed within 1-2 days too and stored in the fridge. The water and flesh can both be frozen.

Store them in a cool dark place or in the fridge if shaved or preparing to open and drink.
